[RP/Writing] Things I'd like to explore...

Of course, this is just a little list I'm making-- because it occurred to me that I should~ Most of the themes deal with not-so-light instances, though, sadly. Oh well, here goes:

Shisui
With Shisui, the main theme that has been bugging me lately would have to be death. I wouldn't mind playing out whatever form: suicide (canon or AU), terminal illness, mortal wounds, old age/natural death. I've always considered a military or police force AU in which Shisui ends up working to protect a person or ideal using himself as the ultimate sacrifice. It wouldn't be a spur-of-the-moment case, though, and may involve long time planning and mental preparation for what is to come, keeping secrets and fulfilling promises with a twist. It doesn't have to be romantic at all, and could even be a one-sided thing as far as he is concerned. I'd just love to play out the slow acceptance of fate and the end of things; how he, as a human being, learns the real meaning of letting go all that he has lived and worked for.

On the topic of selflessness and sacrifices, I'd also love to play out something in which he has to cope with being contented to watch the one person he loves the most spend their lives with another person, either happily or unhappily.

Kotoamatsukami has also been nagging at me for quite a while now, and having to play something with him using it to manipulate somebody he cares for deeply would be awesome, I think. He would never consider resorting to manipulation when it came to somebody he loved, but perhaps he would have to do it in order to protect said person? How he sees himself or judges his self worth after having to use such a technique on another person would be interesting to explore.

Hashirama
For Hashirama, I guess, falling apart would be something I would love to look into. I guess this would need a Madara, or somebody as equally powerful as himself, where all his plans for a better and brighter future somehow crumble while he is still alive and he has to watch it all happen. He would obviously desperately try to fix things, but since he usually is the character to always have everything go his way, I suspect it’d be fun to play out a scenario in which everything went wrong for him.

Then there’s that little question mark that won’t stop nagging me: the part where he lets Madara live after the battle at the Valley of the End. He obviously would have known that Madara was not dead at the end of that battle; my question is ’What really took place between them that day?’ All the what if’s~ I’d love to play it out :3 <---Okay, so this has been lightly touched on in canon, but I would still love to explore their relationship in general, as friends and visionaries.

And then, of course, in general, his relationship with Mito. Just—omg are there any Mito roleplayers out there?

Mito
Again, with her, I’d love to explore her relationship with Hashirama. I’d like to put her through a loss of some sort, like the loss of a child after the kyuubi has been sealed within her. Mito gets a whole lot of loss to deal with, unfortunately, and I’d also love to play out her reaction to Hashirama’s death… Ah, poor girl.

Another little thing I'd love to play out would be how she learns to cope with the Kyuubi inside her, and how, with the help of her husband, learns to contain that vessel with love. A bit of an abstract approach would be a fun thing too.

Sasori
With him I’d like to explore the concept of transience (OU or AU), something he tries so hard to deny. I’d like to play out a moment in which he is forced to tap into the human side of himself, which would throw him off to an extent. It’d be a conflict I’d love to explore. He needs some soul searching.

Tobirama
Always the younger brother and in the shadow of the eldest; I would love to explore the relationship between Tobirama and Hashirama, and also between him and Madara. I've always believed that it was never just his upbringing that made him cling to his father's ideals (to some extent) and also to suspicion. He would have had to try hard to be completely acknowledged by his brother, someone who acknowledged an Uchiha as a brother and an equal instead.

Rin
What if Rin never died? I'd love to play out her relationships with older versions of Kakashi and Obito. Would she still love Kakashi? Would she grow to love Obito?
